As the Insurance Claims Analyst for The HelloFresh Group, I am responsible for ensuring the accurate reporting and handling of all Workers\' Compensation claims within HelloFresh US. This consists of our brands HelloFresh, Factor, Every Plate, Green Chef, and more throughout all jurisdictions we operate in within the United States.Key Responsibilities- Maintain general oversight for the Workers\' Compensation claims program while providing guidance and claims management to our Site Safety Teams- Collaborate closely with our TPA and Defense Attorneys regarding new and ongoing litigated claims- Thoroughly utilize Riskonnect and our TPA\'s RMIS system for consistent reporting to identify and address trends within our WC program - Utilizes automation and GenAi for multi-site and cross-functional collaborative tracking- Analyze, audit, and take action on our 300+ claim files with collective incurred reserves of 7M+ through our third-party administrator to push claims, treatment, and litigation along- Prepares and presents reports to key stakeholders within Risk, Legal, Safety, etc- Continually recognizing opportunities to drive improvement through updating and modernizing our program.
