I’m a retired DI athlete, avid hiker, and a proud dog dad. In the Spring of 2024 I started my own mobile wellness business to increase the availability of holistic therapies to people who most need them. After years of battling depression, addiction, and lingering injuries I found solace in the benefits of holistic medicine. I left my job in the healthcare industry and embarked to create MND MTR Wellness to share this passion with others. I currently offer events centered around Sauna, Breathwork, Cold Exposure, and Communal Connection. My mission is to create supportive spaces which help people to discover their true selves - physically, mentally, and spiritually.
