I’ve played a key role in enabling device tracking across repair stations, automating part consumption and procurement, and launching a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales platform to support model-level product sales. One of my standout contributions is building a decision-support application, that helps buyers make informed supplier choices based on past purchasing patterns. It leverages.NET Core, Angular, and Azure Fabric Warehouse, and provides real-time insights across SKUs and models.Previously at Fidelity National Financial, I led initiatives that improved operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience. I collaborated with cross-functional teams and delivered solutions that directly supported revenue growth.Outside of work, I continue to deepen my skills through my Master’s in Information Management and Technology at UT Dallas, with coursework in Business Analytics (R), Product Development, and CRM with Salesforce.
