Let everything happen to you.”- Rainer Maria Rilke/Jojo Rabbit‘Belief’ is the word that encapsulates my story. Thanks to my father, for whom education was perhaps the most important yardstick for leading a meaningful life, and to a supportive family that helped me cultivate a firm belief in my abilities, learning quickly became an important and integral part of my life. I was encouraged to ask questions and seek answers to almost every doubt that came to my fanciful mind as a child. These questions led to meaningful conversations that eventually shaped me as an individual.An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, I currently work as an Associate Principal in the Advisory Practice at Korn Ferry, delivering projects across its core workstreams of Total Rewards, Organisation Design, Leadership Development, and Talent Management. During my time here, I’ve partnered with diverse clients over interesting problem statements in a variety of geographies, including India’s neighbourhood and extensively in the Middle East. I’ve previously worked in a Business Partnering role at world’s leading AlcoBev major, serving as the liaison between HR and 5 functions, and have also handled B2C Business Development and Training Program Delivery with a notable consulting organization.In between these experiences, I also tried my hands at a different canvas altogether – the UPSC Civil Services Examination. It opened my mind to a variety of perspectives and helped me shape well-researched opinions on issues of national interest and international concern.Outside of work, I like to write prose and poetry, and have been successfully rejected across all major writing competitions! My other areas of interest include Literature, Physics, Political Science, and Game Theory.
