ABOUT PARITOSH SHRIVASTAVA

Paritosh Shrivastava is a results-driven Senior Technical Program Manager with over 12 years of experience leading and delivering high-impact technology programs across defense, infrastructure, and public sector domains. His core expertise lies in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise solutions, and program delivery in high-stakes, mission-critical environments. Paritosh has led the end-to-end execution of several strategic initiatives, including the implementation of the Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS), the rollout of the Indian Navy’s Cybersecurity Program, and the digital infrastructure delivery for the Navy’s newest Command Headquarters. He has also actively contributed to Government of India (GoI) digital initiatives, aligning naval IT systems with national transformation goals. In addition to his leadership roles onshore, Paritosh has served aboard a front-line naval warship, where he was responsible for managing onboard IT and communications infrastructure in dynamic operational environments. This experience further sharpened his skills in rapid problem-solving, systems resilience, and high-availability mission support under pressure. He has successfully managed domain infrastructures supporting users, ensured cybersecurity compliance with frameworks like NIST CSF and RMF, and led geographically distributed teams across India\'s naval installations. Currently transitioning to the private sector, Paritosh is focused on Enterprise Solution Architecture, AI/ML-driven innovation, and technology-led transformation. He is PMP®, CISM®, and ITIL® certified and combines Defense-grade discipline with modern program management methodologies to deliver scalable, secure, and strategic technology outcomes.
