Job Responsibilities as a Site Head: Responsible for Demarcation of land to construct GIS & E-house Substations; & follow up with Client for survey of their associated feeders Regular follow ups with Client for the approval of Electrical layout drawing & Civil Drawings / Drawing & GTP of Electrical Items/ Inspection call & DI for Electrical materials/ Client Bills (all Client related coordinations) Coordination with HO for material requirement at Site, fund requirement at site & other issues related with Project Oversee day-to-day execution of the project, ensuring all 33/11 kV E-house & GIS substation electrical works with their associated 33 kV & 11 kV feeder works are going to be as per BOQ & as per approved drawing Monitoring of Civil Works like Construction of Control Room Building, Soak Pit, Septic Tank, Cable Trench & Boundary Wall, foundation of Power Transformer, E-house & Isolators Ensuring all Civil & Electrical Works are executed with safety & quality Verification of As built Drawing prepared by Juniors Certification of Work Measurements of Sub-contractors Bills & Client Bills Responsible for JMC submission, Handing Over & Taking over the Completed Work BOQ finalization Resolving site related challenges Project Planning, monitoring & tracking; ensuring work is completed on time Managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution Responsible for proper maintenance of Project Related documents Preparing Fund requisition for Site & its follows ups for getting fund from RO office Preparing site expenditure details & sending it to RO in every 15 days of a month
