Preparation of Baseline Schedule: Preparing internal and client baseline schedule along with Resource Deployment (Major Material, Manpower and Plant & Equipment) and cash inflow projections. Project Progress Reporting: Regularly update and communicate detailed project progress reports, highlighting timeline deviations and proposing corrective actions to project stakeholders. Progress Review Meetings: Conduct weekly and quarterly progress review meetings and prepare comprehensive minutes to ensure alignment among all team members and stakeholders. Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate project performance metrics, seek feedback from team members and stakeholders, and implement lessons learned to enhance future project planning and execution. SAP Project Management: Create new projects in SAP, establish WBS structures, and process sales orders and inquiries using the SAP SD module efficiently. Budget Monitoring and Cost Control: Monitor project costs and expenditures against the budget, identify variances, and implement effective cost-control measures in collaboration with the project manager and finance team. Risk Management and Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans proactively. Contract Compliance and Legal Coordination: Ensure compliance with contract agreements, relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Coordinate with the legal team to review contract terms and mitigate legal risks.
