Progress Review Meetings: Conduct weekly and quarterly progress review meetings and prepare comprehensive minutes to ensure alignment among all team members and stakeholders. Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate project performance metrics, seek feedback from team members and stakeholders, and implement lessons learned to enhance future project planning and execution. SAP Project Management: Create new projects in SAP, establish WBS structures, and process sales orders and inquiries using the SAP SD module efficiently. Budget Monitoring and Cost Control: Monitor project costs and expenditures against the budget, identify variances, and implement effective cost-control measures in collaboration with the project manager and finance team. Contract Compliance and Legal Coordination: Ensure compliance with contract agreements, relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
