I am a Finance and Real Estate double major at Florida State University, graduating in Spring 2027. I am seeking an internship in asset management where I can apply my foundation in finance, fixed income, and research. Balancing two degrees while maintaining a full 15 to 18 credit course load each semester has strengthened my time management and organization. Through my coursework, I have completed over 10 financial analysis and investment projects evaluating portfolio performance, risk exposure, and asset allocation strategies. In real estate classes, I have built financial models analyzing property cash flows and long-term investment value across multiple case studies.My academic experience has strengthened my understanding of asset management, portfolio strategy, fixed income markets, and financial research. I am particularly interested in how disciplined analysis supports long-term capital growth. Outside the classroom, I stay active in student organizations and leadership roles where I collaborate with teams of 5 to 10 peers to complete group initiatives and presentations. I value being dependable and contributing meaningfully to shared goals. I am eager to continue developing my technical skills in asset management, financial modeling, and research while gaining hands-on experience as an Asset Management Intern.
