Developed and managed business intelligence solutions for the organization. This includes the utilization of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud, and Tableau Server, and other third party business intelligence programs (IRI, MavNav). Provided standardized reporting for the accounting, finance, warehouse, and procurement departments in the company as well as ad hoc reporting for the C Suite and board. Worked with newly acquired business units to understand their ERP systems and their data architecture to incorporate into SRP\'s standardized (corporate) reports. Collaborated with presidents, directors, and other team members to integrate manual data sources (such as budgets and forecasts), new business accounts, and other offline metadata to help drive transparency in company performance. Analyzed business requirements and processes to provide recommendations for cost-savings in shrink-related issues, generating revenue via dynamic pricing strategies, sales growth through fill rate improvements, and inventory savings through product drawdowns. Identified and developed needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability.
