About Paris Miller
I am extremely passionate about caring for the world around us through helping animals and advocating for sustainability. As an account manager in the pet industry, I oversee pet brands across multiple channels, including managing retailer partnerships, P&L, marketing, promotions, innovation, and supply chain operations. Driven by my passion for animals, I founded Project Canis, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit making per toys from recycled materials for shelter dogs and cats. As Executive Director and now President, I developed the startup into a thriving organization with over volunteers and toys donated to shelter animals in need.In the University of Florida Honors program, I earned dual degrees in Business Administration and Sustainability Studies as well as a minor in Nonprofit Organizational Leadership. Now, as a student in the Kenan-Flagler part-time MBA program, I aim to refine my leadership skills to drive lasting, meaningful change in animal welfare and environmental sustainability.
