As a Field Service Supervisor and an Electrical and Electronic Engineer at Sebia, I have over 10 years of experience in the medical laboratory industry, providing clinical diagnostic solutions to various clients and patients. I have a diploma in Business and a bachelor\'s degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT Engineering). I manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a range of instruments that deliver accurate and reliable results for different medical tests. I also oversee the spare parts inventory, coordinate the technical team\'s missions, and ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards. In addition, I have trained and mentored new engineers, implemented cost-saving strategies, and provided innovative solutions to complex technical issues. I have also earned multiple certifications from LinkedIn to enhance my skills in goal setting, managing technical professionals, and retaining talent. I am passionate about applying my electrical and mechanical knowledge to support the health and well-being of patients and clients. I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods to improve the performance and efficiency of the instruments and the service delivery.
