I am a Project Manager with over 12 years of experience delivering complex engineering, manufacturing, and energy projects across OEM and EPC environments. Currently with Sulzer, I have led cross-functional, multicultural teams through the full project lifecycle—from contract handover and planning to delivery, close-out, and client acceptance—while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, cost control, and stakeholder confidence.I am a PRINCE2® Practitioner and PMP® certified professional, combining structured governance with pragmatic, delivery-focused leadership. My experience spans project and contract management, risk and change control, cost and cash-flow management, and coordination across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers to achieve reliable outcomes aligned with business objectives.I am a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM), reflecting my commitment to professional excellence, ethical leadership, and continuous development within the project profession. Alongside my professional role, I actively contribute as a STEM Ambassador, supporting initiatives that inspire the next generation of engineers and project professionals.I am particularly motivated by projects supporting energy transition, industrial decarbonisation, and advanced manufacturing.
