With a Master\'s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I have a broad understanding of HR, gained through research and application across all areas of the employee lifecycle.My expertise lies in facilitation, training program design, and training evaluation. I\'ve developed and facilitated training on a wide array of topics, including occupational health and wellness, emotional intelligence, communication, feedback, diversity, equity, and inclusion, on-the-job training, and more.
