About Paris Wegdam
My name is Paris Wegdam and I am a rising Senior at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville studying Supply Chain Management with a concentration in Business Analytics and a minor in Statistics at the Haslam College of Business. I am an active member of Supply Chain Scholars of Distinction and Tennessee Association of Supply Chain at the University of Tennessee. Within the field of supply chain, I am particularly interested in areas such as demand planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision making. I enjoy analyzing how goods and information flow across complex networks and identifying ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. I’m also drawn to the use of technology and analytics to uncover insights that help businesses make smarter, more sustainable supply chain choices. In my future positions, I hope to work in an environment where I can offer the skills that I have obtained from my studies and experience, and be able to apply it to real life situations in the workplace.
