Product manager and product owner for BBC Notifications, collaborating with BBC products (I.e, News, Sounds) to improve user experience on web and mobile platforms. Defined and developed the notifications product strategy to further improve the user experience and meet wider Product Group objectives. Improving user analytics reports, to investigate user behaviour and product performance. Developing collaborative with internal and external stakeholders, inlcuding the creation of a pan-BBC ‘Notifications Community of Interest’ group. Working closely with engineers, architects, UX designers and delivery to ensure the roadmap is achieved and value is delivered to users quickly and efficiently. Leading regular squad workshops, to promote an inclusive and high performing work culture.

I am the Product Manager for Notifications at the BBC, my role includes collaborating with teams across products such as, BBC News, BBC Sport and BBC iPlayer. I also ensure users have the best BBC notifications experience across web, email and mobile platforms. I joined the BBC’s apprenticeship scheme back in 2020 before becoming a Product Manager in January 2023. To continue my development, I am a BBC Staff apprentice gaining a degree in chartered management. I am currently in my final year! I am passionate about leading change whilst bringing people together. After presenting to BBC’S Director General, along with my Co-Founder, we launched the BBC’s first Apprentice Community bringing together apprentices across technology, production and business.
