As the Store Manager of Utah’s first FP Movement location, I’ve been responsible for introducing the brand to a new market and building strong local traction. I hired and led a team of 12, focusing on product education, team development, and customer experience. Since we’re the only store in the state, I’ve emphasized training that helps employees speak confidently about the brand’s values and product capabilities.
