About Paris Pruitt

Experienced Counselor Educator and Professional School Counselor in Prince George’s County, MD and formerly in Baltimore City, Maryland and New Britain, Connecticut. My research is centered around Black Girl voices and aims to educate school counselors and community partners to better support their academic, social/emotional, and career needs. My hope is that all spaces that I occupy be trauma-informed and culturally responsive to ensure equity for all.
