Provide leadership and oversight of multiple dermatology practices, ensuring financial performance, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient care. • Full P&L accountability with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and EBITDA growth across sites. • Monitor and report KPIs: provider productivity (FBSEs, biopsies, excisions, cosmetic procedures), unfilled capacity %, first ring %, booked-at-checkout %, wait times, and Time of Service collections %. • Drive financial results by overseeing revenue cycle processes including charge capture, pathology billing, denial management, and prior authorizations. • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, CLIA, and MIPS/MACRA while maintaining autoclave logs, safety audits, and training requirements. • Track and improve financial KPIs: net collections rate, AR days, gross margin %, retail and cosmetic revenue contribution, and overtime utilization. • Standardize workflows to increase efficiency in patient intake, scribing, biopsy processing, cosmetic consults, checkout, and inventory management. • Oversee vendor contracts and dermatology product inventory (EltaMD, Topix, injectables, biologics), ensuring cost control and accurate tracking. • Lead, mentor, and develop practice managers and staff, reducing turnover and creating succession pipelines. • Recruit, onboard, and train dermatology staff to support providers and ensure consistent patient experience. • Enhance patient satisfaction by addressing escalated concerns, reducing wait times, and promoting cosmetic service growth. • Deliver weekly productivity reports, monthly P&L and KPI dashboards, and quarterly business reviews on EBITDA, compliance, and market trends. • Collaborate with HR, IT, Marketing, and Compliance to resolve systemic issues and support growth initiatives, including new service lines and site expansion.
