   Pitt Dance Marathon

   Mar 2025 — Present

   The President of Pitt Dance Marathon, which is the largest student run philanthropy at the University, manages and oversees all operations of the organization. I have the privilege of leading and overseeing our Executive Board of 8 students, 26 chairs, over 187 staff members, and over 1,812 student participants. As the President, I am the main liason between PDM and the University of Pittsburgh, Children’s Miracle Network, the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and the greater Pittsburgh and Pitt community. I hold multiple weekly meetings with our Executive Board, Staff Team, and Advising Board, while building intentional relationships and goals to ensure productive functioning of the organization. In this role I also lead two leadership retreats at the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and I design a confidential concerns forum to ensure all needs are being met. The role as the President of PDM is to essentially provide support and resources to enhance our organization environment, fundraising efforts, team culture, partnerships, and overall operations.
