I am passionate about using computational biology tools and next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies to revolutionize medicine.My career merges statistical analysis, scientific programming, computational biology, and physics principles to drive the development and optimization of end-to-end solutions that derive strategic insights into how biological systems work. Drawing on my PhD in biophysics, I have led and supported interdisciplinary teams of research scientists, bioinformatics engineers, and clinical drug developers in computational studies involving the creation of molecular biology algorithms and NGS pipelines that drive next-generation cell and gene therapies in GCP- and CLIA- compliant settings. 🧬 | I have built a track record of success in planning and coordinating computational biology projects, selecting the right methods, and mobilizing people and resources from diverse scientific disciplines to achieve breakthroughs.🧬 | I build robust data analysis pipelines to enable both discovery and validation across the pre-clinical, IND, and clinical development stages and work with stakeholders to support new and existing pipeline programs.🧬 | I am not afraid to go outside the scope of my role to achieve meaningful results and lead by example, both in and outside of my team, to share information and new ideas.
