About Parini Doshi
I’ve recently started to feel that finance is basically just literature; the story is all there, it just takes a bit more effort to translate.Somewhere between a near-perfect score in maths (almost missed it!) and the rabbit hole of my BFM degree (and it\'s real world applications), it\'s dawned on me how absolutely lethal a tool the simple logic of numbers is for any endeavor. I’ve been chasing that curiosity ever since, leading me from building actuarial projects in R to exploring the frontiers of AI and FinTech, often finding myself spending hours on the laptop trying to understand a new concept or industry. As I move ahead, I’m less concerned with a fixed destination and more interested in how the linguistic structures of finance allow any domain to exist. I see my current path not as a straight line toward being an actuary, but as a voyage through the overlaps of risk analysis, hedge fund logic, and the evolving digital landscape.
