ABOUT PARINEETA GOPAL

Anybody with a decent marketing or advertising background can sell brands and stories. But it takes someone with guts to say NO to sub-standard ideas, and someone with vision to shape narratives that truly connect. It takes astute observational skills to intuitively know what will click with an audience, and high EQ and compassion to lead diverse teams with different ideologies onto the same page. That someone is me. With 15 years in copywriting, content strategy, and brand storytelling, I’ve worked on everything from soaps to cars to banks, cosmetics, real estate, holidays, and entertainment. I’ve had the privilege of shaping campaigns for global brands like Red Bull, Enamor, Lakme, Nissan Micra, and Cox & Kings — building brand voice, driving multi-channel campaigns, and delivering content that resonates across cultures and platforms. Beyond the boardroom and the brief, I’ve always been an experimenter — from running a comic page (The Lol-a-Coaster) to creating viral reels (15M+ views) to trying my hand at stand-up comedy. Humour, creativity, and fresh thinking fuel my work — and yes, I might even surprise you with an impression of yourself if we ever work together. In recent years, I’ve grown into a Creative Lead who not only drives campaigns but also grooms talent. I believe in pushing teams beyond their comfort zones, instilling confidence in their creative instincts, and helping them discover their own leadership style.
