HR Operations (50%): Managing the complete employee life cycle, payroll processing, audit support, HR vendor management, and handling associate queries. Engagement (40%): Designing, planning, and executing local engagement initiatives, partnering with business teams on HR processes, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting L&D content planning. Business and process awareness: Understanding organizational and functional goals, quarterly People team goals, policies and benefits, and the organization\'s business functions, team structure, and focus areas.
