Preparation of all the required Pre-requisites documents for smoothly execution of products. Preparation review and approval of Packing Material Specifications, Master Packaging Cards, Trade Dress, and Design History File. Taking trials in the Manufacturing Facility as per the required aspects to meet the Organization commitments. Developing the new samples as per the product requirement in co-ordination with the vendors. Performing the Test with the vendor samples e.g. Pump performance study against the volume delivery of the product, dosage delivery test, dropper volume withdrawal study and sealing the laminated tube and pouches. Selecting the right Packaging Material with the right MOC (Material of construction) against the RLD sample & also designing the same if required in a cost-effective way. Preparation of CTA (Comparative Threshold Analysis) Reports for the combinational products & combination with the device also. Preparation of Pack Selection Sheets where it says the difference between the RLD Product vs the Inhouse Product. Preparation of RLD Characterization Reports for all the New Development Products. Recording of all the performed activities in a Laboratory Notebook with for following all the SOP’s. Preparation, Review, Updation and approval of Packaging Development SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure) as per the current USP Chapters. Maintaining the stock availability of the Packaging Materials for the Stability and Scaleup batches & also preparation of PM BOM – Bill of Materials with the Batch size calculation values. And review of BPR (Batch Packaging Record) also of EB batches.
