Leveraging tools such as Thomson Reuters Clear alongside open-source research (Google),I assess the subject’s profile,source of wealth & funds related to the flagged transactions.I conduct thorough risk analysis by evaluating the subject’s profile,his monetary capacity and potential relationships with counterparties.All material findings are thoroughly documented & based on the analysis,the alert is either disposed off the alert as a false positive or escalated for secondary review ensuring full compliance with BSA/AML,The Patriot Act & OFAC requirements.
