I work at the intersection of UX research, conversational AI, and human behavior, with a strong belief that technology should be built with people, not just for them.With a background in sociology and human-centered design, I specialize in understanding how people think, feel, and interact, especially in complex, high-impact systems like conversational interfaces. My work focuses on translating deep qualitative insights into design and product decisions that are ethical, usable, and grounded in real human needs.Alongside my research practice, I’m a published mental health writer (recognized as a Top 100 Blog), sharing lived experiences around trauma, depression, healing, and resilience. Writing is not just an outlet for me; it’s a way to make invisible struggles visible, to create language for what people often feel but can’t articulate. This perspective deeply informs how I approach research, empathy, and design.I’ve collaborated with cross-functional teams to lead research initiatives, shape conversational experiences, and advocate for user-first thinking in fast-paced product environments. I’m particularly interested in responsible AI, conversational UX, and the emotional impact of technology on users.I’m driven by work that values depth over noise, clarity over assumptions, and empathy over speed, whether that’s through research, design, or writing.
