Provide trauma informed, culturally sensitive and evidence based mental health services to a caseload of 10-13 elementary aged children who often experience emotional and behavioral difficulties and require more intensive mental health support within their educational setting, through evaluation/assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and individual, group, and family counseling-Collaborate with school administration, school and classroom staff, supervising clinicians, community connections, collateral contacts, family members, and outside providers to effectively engage the student\'s entire support network in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to guarantee the most beneficial and long-lasting treatment outcomes for each student-Engaging in crisis intervention support for students in crisis- by Intervening with crisis intervention skills, conducting suicide and risk assessments, creating safety plans and supporting the student in crisis in regulating themselves and transitioning back into the classroom-Write and maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including intake assessments, updated treatment plans, progress notes, and collateral communication notes.
