I place high value on nurturing teacher capacity, building strong student-teacher relationships, and designing learning environments where every child is seen, supported, and challenged.Before stepping into education, I worked as an Automation Engineer with the Artificial Intelligence team at Cognizant Technology Solutions. That journey fuels my curiosity and systems thinking, helping me bridge innovation with pedagogy.I\'m constantly seeking to learn, unlearn, and grow alongside the communities I serve.
