My role as an Account Manager is crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, I am currently handling GCG and PSU customer having liability book of 100.00bn and am responsible for managing their needs and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.Key deliverables:*Client Relationship Management:Acting as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, building and maintain strong relationships by understanding the client’s needs, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.*Client Communication: Effective communication is essential in this role to be able to clearly convey information about products, services, and company updates to clients and actively listen to clients’ feedback and relay this information to the relevant teams within the company.*Account Growth: Work towards increasing the revenue generated from existing clients by upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that meet the client’s needs. Identifying opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue potential.*Problem Resolution: Working with internal teams to find solutions and ensure that the client’s concerns are resolved to maintain a positive relationship.*Customer Needs Assessment: Assessing the unique needs and requirements of each client. This involves understanding the client’s business goals, challenges, and pain points to tailor products or services that align with their needs.*Account Planning: Creating account plans and strategies to outline the steps and objectives for maintaining and expanding client relationships.
