It significantly influenced decisions regarding product/brand selections and the renewal or termination of contracts with service providers- Designed an executive dashboard to chronicle the planning and spending metrics, pinpointing areas of either overspending or underspending. This dashboard proved invaluable in financial planning and adjustments- Conducted several ad-hoc analyses to decipher the behavior patterns of different customer segments during major sales events.
