Whether it\'s expanding the debating circuit, organizing large-scale events, leading teams, or competing at high levels, I thrive in spaces where ideas take center stage and voices find their power.As the founder of B2VoiceItOut, I’ve worked to make debating more inclusive and beginner-friendly, conducting introductory training sessions that have helped over 400 students step into the world of debating with confidence. By modifying debate formats, hosting structured short-term workshops, and launching a free internship program, I aim to bridge the gap between passion and opportunity. Beyond that, I’m an active part of my school’s Cultural Secretariat, where I’ve played a key role in organizing flagship events like the Alumni Connect Meet and the intraschool debate championship. Right now, I’m also spearheading the TEDxYouth@VGS event, curating impactful conversations around ‘The Paradox of Choice.’Outside of debating, I am passionate about writing, leadership, and competitive academics. I’ve worked with international youth-led magazines, contributed to academic and general knowledge quizzes, and love exploring new languages—currently studying French. I also have a deep interest in public speaking, event organization, and interdisciplinary learning.Sports play a huge role in shaping my leadership and teamwork skills. I have captained my school’s basketball and netball teams, leading them to zonal victories and beyond. Whether on the court, the debate stage, or in an event I organize, I believe in pushing boundaries, thinking on my feet, and constantly learning.At my core, I’m driven by curiosity, competition, and creativity.    I founded B2VoiceItOut to bridge the gap between debate as an elite activity and students who have the passion but lack access. What started as a simple initiative has grown into a student-led, non-profit movement, making competitive debating more inclusive, structured, and beginner-friendly.As the founder, I oversee strategy, outreach, and execution, working to expand debate opportunities for students. I design beginner-friendly debate formats, conduct training sessions, and ensure smooth event management. Additionally, I lead a team of student organizers, manage partnerships, and create internship programs that provide hands-on experience in debate organization and adjudication.Under my leadership, B2VoiceItOut has built a community of around 500 debaters and trained over 400 beginners. We have also established a free internship program, offering students opportunities to develop leadership and organizational skills. By keeping all programs free and student-driven, B2VoiceItOut continues to grow as a platform that empowers young voices and expands the reach of debate.
