Work within the newly formed Track and Lineside Civil Alliance Delivery team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality track renewal activities.Monitor works progress against agreed schedule, highlight delays to Project Management teamCarry out regular health and safety tours, produce close call/near miss observations as requiredPrepares daily/monthly progress reports for active construction activities.Review and contribute to the production of Track Workplans.Participate in Track T-readiness reviews to ensure the preparedness of the team for major track closures.Interpret the Alliance Agreement to ensure that the work is completed as specified and work with construction team to develop remedial plans in the event that compliance is not achieved.Participate in IDR meetings during the design production stages to ensure build-ability considerations are fully embedded.Oversee and monitor materials and methods to ensure that the requirements of the Alliance Agreement are met in a safe manner with the requisite quality.Monitors the timeliness of the construction submissions to ensure that the work is not delayed by late submissions, Third Party Stakeholders reviews and approvals.Review of submittals, requests for information, and field clarifications.Oversee the ITP process, ensuring relevant personnel are notified of witness and hold pointsEnsure quality control compliance with the Alliance Agreement and all current and applicable local, provincial, and federal codes, laws, rules, and regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
