Green Field Project from conceptualization to Commissioning of Bathware fitting plant.* Responsible for the overall plant maintenance activity including Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Utility and Facility.* Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameter such as MTTR, MTBF by PM, CBM, TPM activity. and Safety, maintenance cost, spares inventory levels.* Preparing Accurate maintenance Budget which match with business goal.* Develop Local vendor for indigenous and imported spares and services.* Reviews operation of equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime.* Regularly meeting with plant customer to solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.* Practice latest condition monitoring tools such as Thermal imaging, Vibration analysis.* Plan and execute small projects and new equipment installation.* Lead preparing equipment operation & maintenance SOP and give trainings to down the line.* Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective Manner.* Responsible for setting work targets for making performance evaluation of subordinates.* Maintaining statutory and legal compliance with Electrical inspector, Boiler inspector, pressure vessel testing, lifting tool testing, Pollution control.* Identify potential area for energy conservation & Executing Energy conservation projects* Leading and driving the team of Technicians and engineers towards excellence* Maintenance management and Material management by CMMS.* Update ISO 9001 document on a periodic basis* Responsible for energy Monitoring, analysis.* Contract Management.( Electrical, AC, RO, DG set, Civil, Facility maintenance)
