Monitoring process of vendor development & achievement of organizational goal through rigorous negotiations related to payment terms, delivery schedule & packing quality of the product etc. Explore the possibility of launching recent off-patent / DCGI approved molecules like Sitagliptin Tablets, Ceftazidime + Avibactum Inj. etc. Sourcing for our ROW market with list of approved Dossiers for African Region, ASIA Region, CIS Region & LATAM Region etc. Structuring annual operational budget and implemented control measures to contain expenses within defined limits of standard cost.
