Complaint Handling Profile: • Handling and dealing customer Complaints, Queries & Feedbacks. • Use Salesforce.Com (Cloud base) & SAP CRM Portal for tracking and attend all activity of the complaint. • Provide Technical Service to the client and proactively work with customer by resolving Technical issues & Non-Technical issue. • Visit to customer end for resolving the complaints. • Use 7-QC tools for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and find best solution of the problem. • Follow up with respective TCGs for implementing corrective actions. • Provide CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) to customer for solution. • SOP revision after CAPA submission. Evaluating & closing customer claim settlements and make CSR (Claim Settlement Report). • Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction Index. • Analyze all defective complaint sample (Chemistry, Mechanical Properties & Metallurgical(R&D))
