About Pardlyida Mensah
Self-motivated and highly analytical professional with solid qualifications in project management, contract management, and cross-functional team leadership in the manufacturing industry. I am a detailed oriented and dedicated Project Engineer with about 1 years of extensive experience in Project management/Engineering, Planning, Environmental health and safety, Manufacturing and Process Engineering. I have skills in capital project management, marketing, problem-solving, professional development, analytical research, critical thinking, logistics and planning, data Analysis, operations management and sustainable development. My previous work experience included serving as Teaching Assistant for Freshman Engineering Design at the University of Cincinnati where I facilitated various engineering experiments. I also serves as a Head Resident advisor where I manages 22 Resident Advisors. Over the past few years, I have been fortunate enough to complete three rotations of Engineering Internships with Procter & Gamble and three rotations of Cooperative Education Program with Toyota Engineering and Manufacturing North America. Additionally, she has been privileged to hold many leadership roles such as president of National Honors Society of Collegiate Scholars, Membership chair for Society of Black Engineer and Committee of Student affairs. My accomplishments are a direct reflection of my character, integrity, and eagerness for greatness. My philanthropic aspirations include developing a program that teaches first year students how to be successful in college. As a first-generation college Graduate, I have my eyes sights set on continuing to grow, gain knowledge and to improve in every way possible. While striving to achieve my goals and ambitions, I always try to pay it forward and give to my community.
