Yearly performance appraisal. • Maintaining employee’s personal file and employee master record in excel soft copy. • Monitoring leave and attendance system on daily basis. Time office processing the punching data and upload. • Controlling absenteeism and late comers in the office and Handling employees’ grievance. • Handling Employees Transfers and update the same in system • Counseling and retention of resigned employee. Exit Formalities and interviews -Employee full and final settlement. • Liaison with HR and other stakeholders to obtain and provide required clarifications. • MIS reports- Employee Master (New Joinee & Resigned employees), Employee Contact Numbers & e-mail ID, Salary (ESIC, EPF, Advance, Uniform deduction & Mobile bill deduction etc.)
