My journey began at Tim Hortons, where I had the opportunity to manage the daily operations and schedules for a team of 17 crew members and 2 shift managers. This involved coordinating shifts, handling time-off requests, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of ordering stock for the restaurant, implementing new procedures for inventory management that resulted in a 10% decrease in wastage and improved accuracy in stock ordering.Following my tenure at Tim Hortons, I joined Third Wave Coffee as a Shift Manager. In this role, I assumed leadership in the absence of the restaurant manager and oversaw various areas of operations. I excelled at updating stock inventory regularly, resolving conflicts among employees, and addressing customer and staff concerns. I also played a pivotal role in preparing weekly and monthly reports for cost control, including cost of sale, labor, and semi-variable costs, as well as profit and loss accounts at the store level.My passion for coffee and dedication to excellence led me to Starbucks, where I served as a Professional Barista Trainer and Coffee Master. As a Barista Trainer, I trained and certified newly hired Starbucks partners, ensuring they mastered the art of crafting premium quality beverages. I took pride in maintaining equipment, adhering to standard operating procedures, and promoting coffee consumption by educating customers. Additionally, as a certified Coffee Master, I possessed extensive knowledge about coffee, further enhancing the Starbucks experience for both partners and customers.Prior to my time at Starbucks, I worked at Cafe Coffee Day as a Brew Master.
