Conducting various modes specific transient and steady state.* COP & Certification trials(NABL/ARAI/ICAT).* Engine troubleshooting and failure analysis.* Emission and Performance testing (includes BSVI test cycles like WHTC, WHSC, WNTE, FTP, PTP etc.)* Meeting Engine Performance Target (FTP, PTP)-Torque, BSFC, FSN* Emission testing as per BS-VI Norms.(AIS 137- Part 4).* Handling AVL-PUMA data acquisition system and HORIBA-Mexa 7100DEGR emission system.* Handling AVL SPC 478, AVL 415,439 & 442, AVL MSS and AVL 489 device.* DPF Soot loading activity & Regen triggered calibration.* SCR calibration for meeting emission with minimum urea dosing.* Support to Development and Calibration Engineer to develop the Engine related parts and their performance and durability of the engine.
