ABOUT PARASTOO DANGO-JAVAHERKALAM

In my role at DANGO & DIENENTHAL Group, I focus on sales management and business development across the Middle East and Türkiye — regions I know well both culturally and commercially. My work is centered on growing our market presence, building strong partnerships, and identifying new opportunities for cooperation in the steel, foundry, and aluminum industries. By understanding local business dynamics and customer needs, I help drive tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency and long-term value for our clients. Recognizing new potentials for collaboration is a key part of my role — whether through expanding into new markets, strengthening existing relationships, or aligning our offerings with evolving industry demands. I work closely with customers to ensure their goals are met while supporting our internal teams to deliver with precision and quality. With fluency in English and Persian, and working proficiency in German and Turkish, I’m able to bridge communication gaps and create smoother, more effective collaborations across cultures. On a personal level, I believe that Trust, Integrity, and Respect are the foundation of good business — values that are often talked about, but too often forgotten. For me, staying true to these principles is what makes long-term success possible, both for companies and the people behind them.
