METROLINX - RFP-2019-CINF-157: Construction of Barrie Railway Corridor (Enabling works Mile 21.10 to 24.60 and 26.50 to 29.17 and King City Station Infrastructure Improvements).MTO 20••••10: Grading, Hot Mix Paving, ATMS, Electrical, Structural Rehabilitation -(Hwy 427/Rathburn Road Underpass, Hwy 427/Burnhamthorpe Road Underpass, and Hwy 427/Bloor Street Underpass).Job Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the entire project with the Contract Administrator, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure day-to-day construction activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner- Obtain various permits from the City of Toronto and MTORSS- Conduct all correspondence with the Contract Administrator and respond to Instruction Notice to Contractor (INCs) through formal letters, maintaining timely submissions in CMS in compliance with contract documents- Identify, prepare, and submit Request for Clarification (RFC), Change Proposals, Extension of Time (EOT) requests, prepare Time and Material (T&M) cost summaries for extra scope of work, and prepare and finalize change orders and Claims with the Contract Administrator and MTO- Prepare and finalize monthly progress payments with CA/MTO and prepare payment certificates for all subcontractors- Prepare monthly forecasts and projections using HCSS software and Microsoft Excel- Develop weekly and monthly schedules and ensure construction activities are performed in accordance with contract documents such as tender, construction drawings, Special Provisions, OPSS, OPSD, MTOD, and INCs- Lead monthly project progress meetings from the contractor\'s side, with participants including the Contract Administrator, MTO, and Contractor.
