Exploration Learning and Helping to transform - that\'s what I do now. In my last role, I played the role of Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert for one of the flagship customer-facing product. I am passionate about understanding customer development teams and brought key projects to fruition. Demonstrated ability to strategies, lead and deliver technology products using latest methodologies. Contributed in building competency framework and led a team of 30+ engineers working for various key programs under Web & Desktop Competency. Inspired several individuals and teams at center level to file invention disclosures. Led the innovation efforts at center level to cross 50+ patent applications out of which 10+ became patents in recent times. Key contribution in Otis Open Innovation efforts in collaboration with T-Hub. Lead by example is what I followed - I have 2 patents and few additional patent applications on my name.I have also led the our center\'s process excellence (continuous improvement) initiatives as added responsibility. Later successfully transitioned it to new leader.Various responsibilities handled: Core product development, technical support & maintenance of the flagship programs, project planning & execution, product roadmap, competency development, stakeholder management, coaching, continuous improvement, and interfacing with vendor to manage contracting staff on the program.
