ABOUT PARAS GORASIA
I am a Barrister specialising in all aspects of Employment, Investigations and Privacy Law. I practice from Old Square Chambers but work nationally across England, Wales and Scotland.I undertake work on behalf of both Claimants and Respondents and appear frequently in Employment Tribunals across the country. I have particular experience in litigating claims involving all facets of discrimination, whistleblowing and illegitimate competitive activity (including misuse of confidential information) and am frequently involved in high value and sensitive claims. I have also been instructed to conduct internal investigations for a wide variety of clients involving the entire spectrum of employment issues and have been involved in a number of appellate matters before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.
