Amit is a seasoned strategy and transformation professional with 13+ years of experience across technology, business, and consulting roles in Fortune 500 and Big 4 firms.Currently, Amit leads Digital Strategy and Operations for Schneider Electric’s IT Global Capability Centers (GCCs). In this role, he serves as Chief of Staff to the GCC leadership, driving enterprise-wide digital strategy, operating model execution, and performance management. His remit includes leading Workforce Operations, Quality Assurance, and Project Management Centers of Excellence, enabling scale, execution discipline, and delivery excellence across global teams.Previously, Amit worked as an IT Business Partner for Schneider Electric’s India business, where he partnered closely with senior business leaders to digitally enable strategic priorities and solve critical operational pain points. Acting as a techno-functional liaison, he brought together corporate, go-to-market, IT, product, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams to define digital strategies, design solution architectures, manage budgets and investment cases, and build execution roadmaps aligned to evolving business capabilities.Before joining Schneider Electric, Amit spent over six years in management and strategy consulting with leading Big 4 firms, advising clients across Healthcare, Media and Telecommunications, and Financial Services. His work spanned IT and digital strategy, enterprise architecture, technology due diligence, cloud adoption and Cloud FinOps, market entry and growth strategy, cost reduction, operating model optimization, and strategic product planning and marketing strategy.Amit has also worked extensively in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity space, supporting PE clients across the deal lifecycle. His experience includes assessing product, technology, and operational viability of acquisition targets and leading post-deal value creation initiatives such as product strategy, technology transformation, operating model redesign, and cost-effective scaling of R&D and digital capabilities.He holds an MBA (PGDM) from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research with a major in Information Management and a minor in Strategy, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Pune, India.
