Aided in design of 30+ high end residential project with a budget up to $300 M.• Created preliminary design plans, drawings and layouts (plans, elevations, sections, details and etc…) in AutoCAD using LADBS code for high-end residential.• Prepared and submitted forms and architectural drawings package meeting LADBS, Beverly Hills, Rolling Hills, Weho and Santa Barbara requirements to pull permit. • Drafted Architectural, interior & landscape designs and pulled City permit.• Performed periodic inspection of the job site to collect data to be used for as-built drawings.• Participated in client’s meeting to furnish the design according to client’s expectations and acted as a point of contact for clients to manage consultants.
