Current job profile:Working as Manager – Utilities ( Central Engineering Services ) in M/S Escorts Ltd. Agri Machinery Group ( Faridabad - Haryana ) from October 2013 to till date.The job includes -• Handling the Operation, Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown maintenance of equipments like Diesel Engines, Air compressors ( Screw & Reciprocating ), MGF & ACF systems, RO Plants, Cooling towers, water pumps, Air washer units, Chiller plants, AHU, Window AC, Split AC, Water coolers, Deep freezers, Desert coolers, Ductable AC units.• Manpower handling for a team of 50 persons including Asst Manager, Engineers, Operators, Welders, fitters, plumbers, carpenters, civil masons, AC Technicians, Air washers operation maintenance team etc.• Maintaining records like Daily utility reports and MIS report on monthly basis for departmental review meeting, checking operational performance & maintaining control over all equipments.• Activities like follow up for purchase requisitions, converting them into PO by arranging quotations, arrangement of material from vendor and maintaining the stock of spare parts.• Taking care of safety rules & regulations by using required PPEs & Work permits for height and hot work jobs.• Focus on savings in terms of money by reducing the costs of operation & maintenance of utility equipments.• Maintaining the records of Diesel consumption,Power consumption, Water consumption, Chemical consumption of utility equipments & trying for reducing these consumptions by maintaining equipment efficiencies.• Project works like installation & commissioning of RO plant, Air washer unit, Chiller plant with AHU, Water pipeline, Compressed air pipeline network, Ducting network, fume exhaust system etc.• Working according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO Standards.
