Managing and Monitoring of servers, VPCs and S3 storages distributed over 20 AWS accounts. Preparing a strong back up as a Disaster recovery strategy making use of “EBS lifecycle” and “CPM backups”. Monitoring resources like EC2, VPC, ASGs, EBS volumes and snapshots and security groups making use of Capital One’s Cloud Custodian. Working towards cost-optimization by monitoring the resources usage through centralized monitoring. Scheduling the auto stop and start of EC2 instances to reduce the CPU and computing costs using AWS instance scheduler. Automated reports on the usage of the resources and thereby keeping track of them using AWS Limit Monitor.
