This initiative focuses on identifying outdated infrastructure, assessing data sensitivity, and preparing environments for future-ready architectures — all while aligning with strict cybersecurity protocols. Server Member Migration ProjectThis parallel project involves the seamless migration of member servers to secure environments. I’ve been coordinating cross-functional teams to manage demand reviews, design walkthroughs, BOM submissions, and phased deployments — all while navigating complex access, application, and licensing challenges.These projects have not only sharpened my technical understanding of state infrastructure but have also reinforced my belief in collaborative leadership, transparency, and agile problem-solving.
