Deliver Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor, targeting developmental, communication, and behavioural goals for children and youth with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.Implement individualized treatment plans by running structured therapy sessions that focus on life skills, social skills, communication, play, and academic readiness.Provide both virtual and home-based therapy sessions, adapting teaching methods to ensure accessibility and skill generalization across different environments.Apply evidence-based teaching strategies such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and task analysis to build independence and functional daily living skills.Collect and record accurate clinical data during sessions, contributing to progress reviews and ongoing treatment adjustments.Promote positive behaviour support strategies by reinforcing adaptive behaviours, teaching emotional regulation, and reducing challenging behaviours through structured interventions.Collaborate with the supervising Clinical Supervisor and therapy team by participating in meetings, receiving clinical feedback, and aligning session delivery with treatment goals.Support families by modeling strategies and encouraging consistent practice of skills at home to maximize treatment outcomes.
